Are you excited about crafting exceptional digital experiences and collaborating with forward-thinking clients from around the globe?As a Full-Stack Engineer (Python + React) at 10Clouds, you’ll play a key role in designing, building, and maintaining robust backend (Python/Django/Flask/FastAPI) and frontend (React) applications. Working fully remotely or from our offices in Warsaw, Wroclaw, or Poznan, you’ll join Scrum teams to create web and mobile solutions that make a real impact for startups, scaleups, and enterprises.Your daily journey will include:

Building scalable, maintainable backend and frontend applications with Python and React.
Collaborating with designers, QA engineers, and DevOps to deliver exceptional digital products.
Participating in project scoping, code reviews, and ongoing process improvement.
Engaging directly with international clients to ensure successful outcomes and outstanding user experiences.
Contributing to solution architecture and helping scale existing platforms.

Requirements

At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Python (Django/Flask/FastAPI) and React.
Proven history of shipping web applications (consulting/product teams preferred).
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, and modern CI/CD practices.
Excellent communication skills in English (Polish is a plus).
Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a hybrid/remote environment.
Nice to have: Familiarity with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes; TypeScript or Node.js experience; interest in Blockchain, AI, or ML projects.
