- Design and Deliver Programs: Continuously develop and implement comprehensive leadership development programs for new and senior leaders, aligned with organizational goals and leadership competencies including end-to-end program management including curriculum design, vendor coordination, scheduling, facilitation, and evaluation.
- Drive the annual performance and potential review process for leaders across the organization
- Drive organizational development initiatives (including Organizational Review) to enable strategy execution in the business
- Defining, demonstrating, and sharing standards and best practice within organizational and employee development to guide leaders and HR Business Partners
- Measurement & Evaluation: Define success metrics and continuously assess program effectiveness through feedback, performance data, and ROI analysis.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on leadership development.
- Proven track record of designing and delivering impactful leadership programs.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
- Experience with learning technologies and platforms (e.g., LMS, virtual learning tools).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
