Our Cyber Security organisation enables GSK to take on some of the biggest healthcare challenges in the world by protecting our business, customers, and patients from cyber risks. We are investing in growing our Cyber Security teams because they play a pivotal role as the nature and types of threats get more sophisticated.In this ever-evolving digital and technology landscape, it is critical to stay on top of issues that could cause us harm. This requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity concepts, techniques, and trends along with critical thinking. Our Cyber Security teams are continuously learning and developing their skills to protect against bad actors, allowing GSK to stay focused on what matters most – getting ahead of disease together.Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Incident Management and Cyber Security Operations E2E case management process
  • Conduct, coordinate, and document digital investigation activities and findings
  • Help to improve and embed robust processes across teams which will help us achieve our overall strategy of reducing time to respond and triage concerns, improve the quality and response time of core case types and incidents that Cyber Ops has primary responsibility for
  • Coordinate and build stronger partnerships with critical cross functional business owners (i.e. privacy, legal, corporate investigations, human resources)
  • Deliver regular leadership information reports as needed
Basic Qualifications:We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years experience working in general field of investigations, cyber security, investigative governance, audit, or case management
  • 5+ years experience working and documenting both activities and findings in a case management system
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, analyze, and assess information, data, and facts to reach appropriate conclusion
Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
  • General knowledge of Cyber Security Operational functions, including; incident management, forensics, insider threat, and potential case types associated with these functions
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically with effective decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively to executive level leadership
