REQUIREMENTS:

Experience in data analysis and insight-driven projects (preferably in FMCG, cosmetics, or consulting environments such as Accenture)
Advanced proficiency in Excel (essential); familiarity with Power BI (to be used in later project phases)
Knowledge of Python, PySpark, and CSV is a plus but not mandatory
Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders and present business-relevant insights
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to draw clear conclusions from data
Experience in an international environment is a strong asset
English at C1 level – mandatory
Proactive, communicative, and capable of working with demanding stakeholders
Experience working with IT teams is a plus
