- Providing basic IT support to local users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Assisting with the setup and deployment of new employee devices (laptops, peripherals).
- Managing the collection and inventory of old or retired IT equipment.
- Performing basic networking tasks, such as patching cables and assisting with network troubleshooting under supervision.
- Assisting users with password resets and account access issues.
- Troubleshooting user application problems remotely.
- Supporting the IT onboarding process for new employees by providing basic IT introductions and guidance.
- Assisting the IT team with daily operational tasks and projects as needed.
- Creating scripts or automations that will allow the IT department to work more efficiently
- Documenting IT procedures and solutions.
- Communicating changes, tips and tricks to our colleagues
- Learning about and adhering to IT security policies and best practices.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/coursework in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
- A foundational understanding of some common IT systems and operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (equivalent to CCNA fundamentals is a plus).
- Familiarity with business IT systems such as Active Directory and identity management platforms (e.g., Okta).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; Polish language skills are a plus.

- Base salary is 43,75-53 PLN / hour (gross) for 120-160 hours per month
