For more information about Solenis, please visit .Full-time job opportunityLocation: Warsaw (hybrid)TEAM: Replenishment team WarsawReporting to: Manager of Replenishment and Delivery processor team WarsawRole: Coordinate management of External warehouses, Subcontractors, Re-packers, Customers On site productionsMain tasks:

Management of Purchase orders to external and internal vendors based on SAP signals
Management of Goods receipt and Quality inspection registration where applicable
Follow that delivery dates are meet and keep stakeholders informed if any delay
Work with vendors if any damaged good at arrival
Management of Relabel and Repacking activities
Resolve invoice discrepancies
Drive SAP date management culture
Lead and manage Inventory reconciliation
Management of Customer returns, Disposals, Blocked stock
Complaint handling, carry out Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
Management of legal reporting need, external and internal.
Management of KPI’s: OTIF, Inventory levels, Red Zone, SMOG
Drive Process improvements
Guidance and support to team in solving operational issues
People management including approval of vacations
Setting goals and objectives for team including carry out Performance Developing Review
Involvement in dedicated projects
Training of new employees

MS Office and SAP knowledge
