
Learning and Development Manager

- Establishing and implementing strategies for employee development and training within a specific business line, in alignment with the business department and company strategy,
- Providing support and advice to PwC Poland's managerial staff and employees regarding their professional development,
- Creating and coordinating training programs in accordance with regional and global guidelines,
- Identifying training and development needs for individual business lines through close collaboration with business managers,
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training and development activities and making modifications as necessary,
- Providing substantive support in the area of implemented training projects,
- Initiating new development projects in response to business needs,
- Collaborating with internal trainers and external suppliers,
- Managing the budget for a given business line,
- Leading a small team supporting the business line.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a training and development department within an international company with a matrix organizational structure. Ideally, at least 5 of those years should be within GBS, SSC, or BPO organizations.
- Experience advising managerial staff on their own development as well as the development of their teams,
- Proven track record in designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs,
- Experience in managing teams and leading development initiatives,
- Experience in building, implementing, and assessing employee development programs,
- Familiarity with the training provider market and current trends in learning and development,
- Ability to manage and optimize training budgets effectively,
- Project management experience, including planning, execution, and evaluation of development projects,
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align development initiatives with business goals,
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,
- Ability to facilitate effective meetings and discussions with upper management,
- Focus on building long-term relationships and fostering sustainable cooperation,
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Polish, written and spoken,
- Familiarity with Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
