- Oversee performance review processes and development programs to drive employee growth and productivity
- Align HR strategies with business objectives to support organizational success
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
- Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the facility
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR management, with at least 4 years in the manufacturing sector
- High proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability in coaching and mentoring employees and managers
- Experience in strategic HR planning and execution
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion principles
- Strong influencing skills to drive change and gain stakeholder buy-in
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
