The successful candidate will serve as the central point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective knowledge transfer, quality deliverables, and successful team onboarding.

  • Location: 100% remote
  • Type of employment: B2B contract
  • Remuneration: 110 PLN/hour net + VAT
  • Project language: German + English
Responsibilities:Serve as the primary contact and SME for all matters related to Application PackagingLead and coordinate knowledge transfer activities for the clients' documenting procedures, best practices, and critical informationDesign and deliver training sessions for the incoming delivery teamAct as the liaison between Transition-In and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth handoverMaintain and ensure quality standards across all deliverables and documentationSupport cost control and financial reporting throughout the transitionProvide team leadership, supporting onboarding and daily task coordinationEnsure alignment with both SCRUM and Waterfall methodologies depending on the project streamAssist in identifying risks, resolving conflicts, and proposing improvements in packaging processesRequirements:Solid Application Management and Application Packaging experienceStrong documentation, communication, and presentation skillsProven problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilitiesExperience with cost controlling and related reportingDemonstrated ability in knowledge capture and transferFluency in German and English is mandatory (written and spoken)Ability to work remotely and independently in a collaborative team environmentWe offer:
