The core aim is to support the retention, and expansion of customer business across a defined set of customers. The Business Integrator is encouraged to have a strong internal and external network:
- coordinating internally with key account managers, supply chain, technology, customer operations, customer service, quality management, global product stewardship and any other relevant functions
- regularly collaborating closely with multiple partners within their respective customers to ensure excellent customer experience, quick resolution of issues / queries and to identify further business opportunities
- Handle relationship with customers and build a strong network across OEM production facilities across Europe
- Liaise with key customers across Castrol to ensure that a high quality/consistent offer and service is provided to all Factory Fill and Genuine Oil customers
- Support the preparation of cases, volume/mix planning, product introductions, labelling and packaging requirements, etc. Accountable for ensuring that customer specific requirements (CSR) are met
- Responsible for product implementation, leading the customer relationship as well as internal collaborate with technology, supply chain, GBS and customer operations, maintaining product quality and ensuring product re-qualification when vital
- Handle the unique IATF (International Automotive Task Force) requirements which are license to operate in the OEM First Fill & Genuine Oil business
- Prepare and support implementation of internal, external and customer-led audits and handle resolution of product supply and quality complaints / issues
- Identify future trends, product needs (incl. LTO product requirements) and new opportunities for the expansion of business with our customers and collaborate with technology and marketing.
- Build driven and profitable cases for, and support implementation of, new product / offer development, aligned with the ODIMS process.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field of study
- 2-3 years of experience in a commercial or customer-facing technology or project role
- Proven track record to handle multiple customers and operate in a sophisticated business environment
- Shown project management experience
- Professional English and German language knowledge both in written and verbal
- Automotive proven experience is beneficial
- Technical interest and expertise is beneficial
