Supervision of the process and active part in preparation of Group monthly management accounts
Coordination of the accounting team work (standardization of accounting policy, tax changes implementation etc. )
Monitoring the performance of the Group
Responsible for Financial Reporting of consolidated group and entities
Responsible for budgeting and forecasting of the consolidated group of entities
Participation in the Group's year-end close process
Cooperation with the Group's auditors
Cash management of the Group and treasury operations
Reporting to the financing banks
Project management in the area of finance and accounting
Preparation of new templates and ability to improve support tools
Have an active role in development and maintenance of the current and future implementation of new systems

Real Estate, Development and Management|Reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cooperation with banks

Minimum 7 years of experience as part of accounting/financial reporting/controlling team (also in financial audit of Real Estate companies)
Minimum 4 years in team management will be an asset
Recognized professional accountancy qualification (ACCA/CIMA) would be a strong advantage
Real Estate experience will be a strong advantage
Experience in cross border group accounting and dealing with different currencies
Experience in implementation of ERP/BI systems and/or workflow systems will be strong asset
Strong commercial attitude
Perfect command of English
Good attention to detail
Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point
Knowledge of VBA, SQL, Power BI & Power Query will be an asset
The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, reliable, and a self-starter
Proven team management skills will be an asset
Ability to work independently and with colleagues in different areas of the business as well as part of finance team
Candidate can work under pressure and deliver tasks under time restraints
