We are looking for you if you:Would like to develop in Shared Services environment, with HR processes and Customer Service.Very good English (B2+/C1), speaking and writing.Excellent communication skills, readiness to learn and collaborate.Strong communication skills.Oriented on team work.Would like to learn how to work on continuous process improvement.High skills in organizing your daily work and priorities.Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.You'll get extra points for:Earlier experience in activities connected with Customer Care.Proficiency in Dutch at a communicative level.Student Organization/Voluntary Service activities.Organizational/Project Management skills.Curious to continuously improve in an agile way.HR as a field of interests.Experience in cooperation and building the positive relationships with external / internal business partners.Your responsibilities:Act as a first line of contact for ING Bank employees for HR related queries.Providing the answers and advice, based on available knowledge bases, policies and information, via chat or ticketing system.Performing administration changes in HR systems based on the employees’ requests.Taking care of administrative tasks for colleagues that join, leave or change jobs within ING Group.Maintaining employee data.Creating contracts and other HR documentation.Handling employee inquiries and supporting the managers in their tasks.Giving a feedback on policies, procedures, or systems.Information about the squad:Contact Center Team is a first line support team for solving ING Employees from the Netherlands or Belgium, experienced in such areas as e.g. hire, separation, job change, payroll, absences and general employee data management. We work with several frameworks, such as quality, escalations, improvements or SME's.Our team members have huge autonomy that stimulates motivation and creativity what allows us to adapt to the changing requirements of business partners.
