Job Description & SummaryPwC Poland’s IPA (Intelligent Proces Automatization) team employs more than 50 people. We support all aspects of the intelligent automation lifecycle for external clients, both in Poland and all worldwide. Our Team specializes in implementing RPA, AI and CAI solutions -- chat and voicebots.We are looking for:Conversational AI Developer (Chatbots / Voicebots)Your future role:

Automate various business processes using CAI platforms (Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa) utilizing both deterministic rule-based and probabilistic LLM-based approaches,
Conduct business analysis for use cases selected for CAI automation,
Design processes and conversations using diagrams or prompt strategies,
Develop solutions, including API call configuration, NLP training, and TTS enhancements,
Perform testing, including functional and NLP testing,
Collaborate closely with business owners and clients to gather comprehensive business and technical requirements.

Apply if you have:

Excellent knowledge of at least one major CAI Platform (Kore.ai, Copilot Studio, Dialogflow, Parloa),
Experience in business requirements analysis and process design,
Proper communication and escalation skills,
Good command of the English and Polish languages,
Are enthusiastic and have proactive attitude.

Nice to have:

Good command of German.
