Join us in shaping the future of automotive industry!HW EngineerYou will be responsible for:

Designing electronic circuits for engine control, power systems, safety features, and communication systems,
Testing and optimizing prototypes to meet durability and safety requirements,
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate electronic components into vehicle systems,
Researching and developing new electronic technologies, such as autonomy systems and advanced communication,
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and emission standards,
Providing technical support for production in assembly, testing, and diagnostics,

We require:

Bachelor's in Electrical or Electrictronics Engineering, or relevant field,
Fluency in English,
A minimum of 3 years of experience,
Proven experience in designing analog/digital circuits and power supplies,
Strong knowledge of semiconductors, converter topologies, and EMC/PFC design principles,
Proficiency in analog circuit design and simulation software (Pspice, OrCAD, PSIM, MATLAB),
Experience in designing and testing HF Transformers and Inductors according to IEC standards,
Ability to design signal conditioning circuits using op amps and comparators,
Familiarity with ECAD tools like Altium and OrCAD for schematic generation and Gerber file creation,
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with global engineering teams,
Openness to work 2-3 days per week on site in Opole, the heart of our Partner's automotive research and development hub.

Recruitment process steps:

A 15-30 minutes video call with our Partner's Tech Leader, to evaluate your skills. We may redo it whether we have some better job offers for you.
A short video-call or phone call with our Partner's HR Business Partner to check in depth the alignment between you and values and culture of the Company. Financial negotiations are welcomed :)
