Required Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP and the Retail industry
In-depth knowledge of retail functionality in SAP S/4HANA (IS-Retail)
Strong expertise in SAP Logistics, particularly SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management)
Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and presentation skills
Fluency in Polish and English (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed analysis of selected business process requirements and deliver appropriate SAP system solutions
Identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements
Recommend best practice solutions and tools tailored to customer needs
Propose business process improvements and potential system enhancements
Facilitate workshops to gather business requirements
Work independently and provide expert consulting services
