We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer (Java with React.js) to join our Banking Crew, part of a dynamic and agile technology organization delivering cutting-edge solutions across capital markets.You'll be working in a highly collaborative environment alongside autonomous but interconnected pods, focused on building world-class book building capabilities, both for internal users across the Client systems and as a benchmark in the industry.This is a long-term, open-ended position for someone who values ownership, product impact, and continuous delivery. You will participate in frequent releases, contributing across the entire software development lifecycle: from technical analysis and system design to implementation, testing, and documentation.You'll be part of a globally distributed team, working closely with colleagues in Poland, Switzerland, India, the UK, and the US.If you're passionate about full-stack development, agile practices, and working on strategic banking solutions that truly matter, this role is for you.ResponsibilitiesFull Stack Development in which you will work on both the client side (React) and the server side (Java) to ensure seamless integrationDesign, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employeesApply a broad range of software engineering techniques, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing, CI/CD and other DevOps practicesEnsure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirementsBuild observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issuesLearn new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mindWork in an agile way as part of multi-disciplinary teams, participate in agile ceremonies, and collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers, and othersUnderstand, represent, and advocate for client needsShare knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communitiesRequirementsFull Stack development with experience in using Java and experience with HTML5, CCS3, JavaScript (ES6+) and Open-source libraries, tools and technologies.Experience in Core Java and with good working knowledge of frameworks such as Spring BootGood knowledge of modern frameworks like React and Node.js, npm, JasmineExperience of one or more of the following open source technologies Redux, Webpack, d3, LESS,Knowledge of containerisation tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes).Familiarity with continuous integration deployment (CI/CD) pipelinesExperience in developing microservices and RESTful servicesExpertise in generic computing science including OOP modelling (UML, SOLID etc.), algorithms, data structures, design patterns and Functional programmingExperience with build tools like Maven, and development tools such as IntelliJ, Git, GitLab, JIRA, TeamCity, NexusClean coding and refactoring skills with excellent problem solving ability.Knowledge of relational and non-relational databasesFluency in automated testing techniques and frameworksKnow-how of agile/lean development practices (Scrum, XP, Kanban, etc.)Nice to haveAzure, Azure ADFDelta Lake frameworkGitLab/ADO (Azure Dev Ops) - Infrastructure as code and application deploymentApplication and service monitoring in cloudUnderstanding of Apache KafkaOther data transfer tools Axway and MFTWe offer/BenefitsWe gather like-minded people:
