- Work together with our product owner and stakeholders within the organization to ensure continuous improvement of our software releases and developer experience.
- Develop new user-facing features and build reusable components and libraries.
- Evaluate the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum performance, speed and scalability.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends in frontend development.
- Collaborate closely with developers, QAs, UX designers, Product Managers, Architects, and other stakeholders.
- Work with the development team to help them improve constantly their work methods, engineering skills and self-organization.
- 12+ years of experience building software.
- 7+ years of experience in frontend development.
- Wide experience across the Software Development Lifecycle. You can design, code, test, deploy and troubleshoot complex web applications.
- Proficiency and deep understanding of the Angular framework (15+) and the TypeScript language, with references highlighting your contribution to product successes.
- Proficiency and deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Experience and good understanding of modern web development frameworks other than angular (React/Vue/Svelte/others).
- Proven track record of building and scaling large, complex web applications.
- Excellence in Software Quality. You know what and how to test, and everything to ensure Quality in software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Capability and enthusiasm to innovate and adapt to evolving technologies, frameworks, and more.
- Experience as technical leader in more than one project.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to wear multiple hats (QA, Project Manager, Technical leader, architect, support engineer, etc.)
- Ability to work and communicate effectively with other stakeholders (both technical and non-technical)
