Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:Java ArchitectResponsibilities:

Hands-on Java/Spring Boot development, reviews and technical guidance
Design and operate Kafka-based/event-driven services
Run Agile ceremonies and work with Product Owners on sprint planning
Lead incident response, communications and postmortems
Produce concise status reports, highlight risks and escalate as needed
Ensure contract team follow agreed coding, testing and deployment standards

Requirements:

Java and Spring Boot experience
Practical Kafka experience
Familiar with TypeScript
Senior/lead delivery experience
Comfortable facilitating Agile processes and managing production incidents
Clear, concise communicator
Knowledge of English at B2 level (minimum)
Experience with cloud-based deployments (AWS), CI/CD and observability practices
