Conduct in-depth market mapping and talent pipelining for future projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Efficiently manage requisitions while aligning with stakeholder expectations.
Validate shortlisted candidates to ensure top talent acquisition.
Collaborate with hiring managers to design and implement effective sourcing strategies for white-collar professionals.
Ensure strict adherence to compliance throughout the recruitment process.
Effectively utilize and manage applicant tracking systems.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment and selection processes to attract the best talent.What we would like you to have:At least 3 years of experience in end to end recruitment is required; experience in pharmaceutical industry will be considered a valuable asset.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
A process-oriented approach with a focus on efficiency.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
A strong desire to learn and grow.
A proactive, can-do attitude.
Fluent English and Polish proficiency.
