- Drive strategic decisions in hardware design and component selection.
- Define specifications for products and testing procedures.
- Offer expert technical support to development and manufacturing teams throughout design, research, schematic creation, PCB layout, and production phases.
- Manage and monitor all technical aspects of hardware projects to ensure clarity and control.
- Supervise hardware-related timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Perform detailed quality checks to verify compliance with design and performance standards.
- Take full accountability for the successful execution of hardware initiatives, including regular updates to stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of hardware solutions.
- Maintain clear and organized documentation and project tracking records.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in hardware design, with a solid grasp of project management principles.
- In-depth knowledge of PCB design, schematic development, and manufacturing workflows.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and product certification processes.
- Strong organizational abilities and clear, effective communication skills.
- Proven capability to collaborate with international teams and external partners.
- High attention to detail and a strong commitment to precision and quality.
- Proficiency in documenting technical work thoroughly and accurately.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to project ownership.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Preferred experience in Wi-Fi integration, embedded software development, thermal design, and mechanical housing engineering.
- Work from the office in Szczecin (3 times per week)
