Senior Hardware Engineer

Drive strategic decisions in hardware design and component selection.
Define specifications for products and testing procedures.
Offer expert technical support to development and manufacturing teams throughout design, research, schematic creation, PCB layout, and production phases.
Manage and monitor all technical aspects of hardware projects to ensure clarity and control.
Supervise hardware-related timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Perform detailed quality checks to verify compliance with design and performance standards.
Take full accountability for the successful execution of hardware initiatives, including regular updates to stakeholders.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of hardware solutions.
Maintain clear and organized documentation and project tracking records.

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in hardware design, with a solid grasp of project management principles.
In-depth knowledge of PCB design, schematic development, and manufacturing workflows.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and product certification processes.
Strong organizational abilities and clear, effective communication skills.
Proven capability to collaborate with international teams and external partners.
High attention to detail and a strong commitment to precision and quality.
Proficiency in documenting technical work thoroughly and accurately.
Demonstrated leadership qualities and a proactive approach to project ownership.
Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Preferred experience in Wi-Fi integration, embedded software development, thermal design, and mechanical housing engineering.
