
HR Operations Specialist with languages

- Coordinate end-to-end payroll processes in cooperation with external payroll providers
- Validate payroll inputs and outputs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
- Support employees with payroll, tax, and benefits-related inquiries
- Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
- Collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners, and external auditors
- Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within HR Operations
- Minimum
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus
- Good command of English (minimum B2 level) and additional language – Italian, German or French.
