On behalf of our client - a manufacturing company - we are actively seeking:Sales Area Manager – Czech RepublicWhat you'll be doing:
- Driving business growth by connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and creating compelling offers. (Combines sales growth, customer engagement, and understanding needs).
- Managing the full sales cycle, from negotiation to successful delivery. (Covers deal negotiation, order processing, and delivery coordination).
- Contributing to effective marketing efforts and maintaining accurate customer records. (Highlights marketing involvement and CRM).
- Ensuring smooth operations through collaboration, reporting, and project management, while adhering to company standards and regulations. (Integrates operational tasks, compliance, and standard adherence).
- Actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, service, and efficiency. (Focuses on teamwork for optimization and Lean support).
- Taking on varied tasks within the company's framework to support overall goals. (Covers other assigned duties).
- Education: Technical secondary or higher education preferred, with a focus on Mechanical Engineering, Machine Design, or a closely related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally within the automotive or industrial/technical sectors.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Czech. (Note: Polish language skills are not required).
- Technical & IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and possess the ability to interpret technical documentation.
- Professional Competencies: Demonstrated high ethical standards, strong interpersonal abilities, and excellent self-organization and time management skills.
- Compensation: salary ranging from PLN 10,000 to 15,000 gross monthly (commensurate with experience and skills), plus a performance-related bonus based on profit.

- Work Arrangement: Hybrid role involving one day in the office and regular travel to client meetings.
