- Configure, manage, and optimize the Workday Projects Module.
- Seamlessly use worker profile data and skills profiles from Workday HCM.
- Use dynamic resource pools and flexible faceted search to automate resource assignment and improve utilization.
- Plan and track projects and tasks , Utilize resource pools, work plans, and project hierarchies.
- Integrate to external project systems such as Microsoft Project.
- Configure company and work-specific business process workflows.
- Ensure alignment of workforce and resources to strategic goals.
- Work closely with Business, HR, IT, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure that Extend application meet those requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Projects module, including process flows and functional and technical specifications.
- Serve as a Workday expert with deep knowledge of design concepts, touchpoints with relevant functional areas in consideration of future product direction.
- Understanding of Workday Reports, Time Tracking Integrations, APIs(Rest and SOAP) as well as Workday Security.
- Stay up to date with Workday releases and new features, and work with the team to evaluate and implement new functionality as
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to define security policies, manage user access requests, and ensure compliance with internal security standards.
- Document and communicate security configurations, changes, and improvements to all relevant stakeholders.
- Use ServiceNow for managing and tracking all security-related tickets including access issues, system audits, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Ensure tickets are resolved in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of user satisfaction

- 2-3 years of Technical and Professional Expertise
- Skilled in one or more of the following areas: Workday Projects Functional Area, Workday Reporting, Workday HCM.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
- And/or Master Certified Technical Specialist
- Workday Pro Certification in Projects and other HCM modules preferred.
