Purpose of the jobWe are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and help us identify and engage top talent across the EMEA region. In this role, you will partner closely with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to proactively source candidates for a variety of positions. You will leverage a wide range of sourcing tools and channels, while building strong pipelines and ensuring an excellent candidate experience.This is a 3-month assignment with the possibility to extend, and we offer a hybrid working model with three days per week in the office.Key tasks & responsibilitiesPartner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to understand hiring needs and sourcing prioritiesBuild, manage, and nurture strong candidate pipelines across multiple functions and regionsUse a variety of sourcing tools and techniques to identify and engage high-quality talentScreen and assess candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fitEnsure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and engagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking systemQualificationsProven experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar role working across EMEA marketsStrong knowledge of sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent databases, social platforms)Experience in managing relationships with both stakeholders and candidatesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in English essential, other European languages (particularly German, French, or Spanish) would be a plusStrong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple rolesProactive, curious, and resourceful approach to talent identificationSonova is an equal opportunity employer.We team up.
