THE BIG PICTUREWe are seeking a proactive Automation QA Tester to help build and maintain automated test frameworks for a browser-based workflow tool. This role offers the opportunity to shape the testing strategy and expand automation efforts across the team.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
Execute regression, smoke, and sanity testing across multiple browsers.
Collaborate with developers and QA team to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and ensure high-quality releases.
Contribute to test strategy and promote automation best practices.

Requirements:

Experience with Selenium and browser-based automation.
Familiarity with Cypress is a plus.
Proficiency in Java or JavaScript.
Understanding of Agile/Kanban methodologies.
Experience with Git and version control systems.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
