Are you passionate about building high-quality, scalable web applications using Angular? At EPAM, we are now looking for a Senior/Lead Angular Developer to become part of our growing team in Poland. In this role, you'll work on exciting projects, contribute to a collaborative, tech-driven environment and help shape innovative solutions that make an impact.This is an onsite role, offering the chance to collaborate face-to-face with colleagues and clients, contribute meaningfully in person and be part of a vibrant, connected team environment.Please note: office work 5 days per week is required from one of the EPAM offices located in Kraków, Gdańsk, or Warsaw.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop software using a microservice architecture approachParticipate in and lead the development of new features from scratchCollaborate and coordinate with teams to integrate 3rd party APIs into the applicationLead assigned projects, including task assignment, team coordination, and monitoring performancePerform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality codeActively participate in system validation, testing, and documentation phasesProvide technical advice, solve programming challenges, and serve as a technical mentor for other team membersFollow best practices and continuously identify and implement process improvementsRequirements6+ years of relevant professional experience in Front-End Development1+ year of leadership experience (or extensive project ownership with mentoring responsibilities)Proven experience with Angular 2+ and TypeScriptClear understanding of SOLID/GRASP principles, client-side architecture, and design patternsStrong analytical skills and a proactive approach to complex problem-solvingUpper-intermediate or higher English level, both written and spokenNice to havePrevious experience with GitLab CI would be considered as a strong advantageWe offer/BenefitsWe gather like-minded people:
