HR Operations Specialist with languages

NR REF.: 1194465We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Specialist with a background in payroll processes. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll execution, supporting employees with payroll-related queries, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate end-to-end payroll processes in cooperation with external payroll providers
Validate payroll inputs and outputs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations
Support employees with payroll, tax, and benefits-related inquiries
Maintain and update employee data in HR systems
Collaborate with Finance, HR Business Partners, and external auditors
Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives within HR Operations

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience in payroll field * Experience working with payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Enova, Teta)

Strong attention to detail and confidentiality
Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus
Good command of English (minimum B2 level) and additional language – Italian, German or French.
Strong communication and organizational skills
