- Support: Assist the Strategic Partnership Team with day-to-day tasks, including replying to client inquires, work with Partner account managers to support their relationships, and prepare client presentation.
- Partner Usage Reports: Collect and analyze partner usage reports to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
- Lead Distribution: Manage and distribute leads to the appropriate team members to maximize partnership opportunities.
- Renewal Management: assisting with non strategic renewals
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of partnership activities, contacts, and communications in our Salesforce system.
- Excel Work/Data Crunching: Perform data analysis and generate reports using Excel to support partnership development and strategy.
- Document Preparation: Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and proposals for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners, managing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Coordination: Assist in coordinating partnership events, webinars, and conferences, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Research: Conduct market research to support partnership development and identify potential opportunities for collaboration.
- Follow-Up: Track and follow up on pending tasks and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Marketing: Work with marketing team to make sure programs are progressing.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce software.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
