Join us and let's drive change together, building your career in various areas of retail, wholesale, and consumer services!Fuel sales leader – Northern Poland regionYour duties will include:Implementation of the sales strategy in line with the MOL Group policy on the fuel market in Poland,Managing a team of regional sales managers – work coordination, recruitment, technical and substantive support, development of team competencies,Responsibility for the sales process – concluding and implementing contracts, monitoring sales methods and results,Building and developing a client portfolio – acquiring new clients and servicing key clients in the region,Market and sales channel analysis – identifying potential, reporting results, providing marketing data,Implementation of marketing activities – use of tools and methods that increase sales profitability,Monitoring customer satisfaction – cooperation in service quality surveys and implementing improvements,Coordination of analyses and reports – assessment of sales plan implementation, compliance with contractual terms and customer payment discipline,Setting and monitoring sales targets – market share, volume, margins, discounts – and reporting results to management,Participation in meetings with key partners – solving complex problems and building business relationships ,Work in Poland – frequent business trips, dynamic work environment, combining operational, administrative and sales tasksRequirements:Higher educationExperience in a managerial position with a subordinate sales team of at least 3 years;Experience in B2B sales of at least 3 years.Ability to manage and motivate people, responsibility for decisions, teamwork, time management, prioritization, business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, stress resistance, presentation skills, innovation, customer and goal orientation.Knowledge of the fuel industry, knowledge and understanding of the regional and international fuel market will be an advantageKnowledge of running a franchise business will be an added advantagePolish language – fluentEnglish – advanced level B2MS Office – advanced levelActive category B driving licenseWhy is it worth joining us?We provide the opportunity to learn through contact with interesting business environments and projects;We offer competitive remuneration (including performance bonuses) and benefits.
