The role includes recruitment, employee lifecycle processes, HR administration and maintaining a well-functioning office environment. You will also support internal systems, prepare documentation and contribute to smooth day-to-day operations.Your tasksPosting job advertisements, screening CVs, scheduling and conducting interviews, supporting hiring processes.Preparing employment documents, coordinating medical checks and onboarding new employees.Managing offboarding processes and handling related documentation.Maintaining employee records, benefits, HR platforms and generating reports.Provide day-to-day support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.Communicating with external payroll and benefit providers.Handling office supply orders, courier services and documentation flow.Coordinating facility repairs and office access (e.g., ID cards, contact with landlord).Organizing company events such as workshops, meetings and team-building activities.Administering HR and company SharePoint sites and publishing internal content and updates.Supporting various HR and administrative projects assigned by the Team Leader.RequirementsPrevious experience in HR or administration.Understanding of basic HR procedures and document handling.Ability and readiness to manage and complete end-to-end recruitment processes.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).Knowledge of Share Point would be an advantage.Willingness to learn internal systems (Enova365, NAIS, SAP SuccessFactors).Fluency in English and Polish (spoken and written).What we offer youA collaborative work environment.
