Essential qualifications include at least 2 years of gambling industry animation experience, proficiency in Spine, knowledge of animation principles, and strong communication skills. Familiarity with Photoshop and expertise in various animation styles are also necessary, with 3D animation skills being advantageous.Key Responsibilities:Work with designers and the rest of the game team to define the visual direction of animationsCreate animations of characters, objects, backgrounds, symbols, logos, marketing materialsContribute art assets on projects when and where appropriateWork closely with game producers and developers to ensure the animations of each project are met in a timely mannerEnsure art assets are organized and trackedBuild confidence both within the team and with partners through effective and inspiring communicationActively participate to the constant improvement of work methods and pipelinesShare knowledge and recommend best practices in your area of operationEnsure that produced and integrated assets respect the artistic vision of the game and meet the quality standardsQualifications2+ years of experience as a Animator in the gambling industry (Social Casino)Must have knowledge of 2D and 2.5D animations in the spine.Good understanding of the game development process ( Technical processes/Basic Pipelines )Knowledge of Photoshop,Ability to be proactive, and highly organized, with good teamwork skillsExperience working with different animation styles (Realism/Casual/Stylization)Experience in creating character animation, UI items, VFX and backgroundsGreat animation knowledge: animation principles, anatomy, body mechanics, weight, dynamics, acceleration, etc.Independence and good communication skills.Nice to have:3D animation skills
