- Manage daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong relationships with local sales and technical teams to support sales goals and operational needs.
- Addressing complaints promptly within company guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (EHS) regulations and company policies at the store level.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain a stock management system to optimize turnover.
- Participate in daily management system meetings, providing operational feedback.
- Conduct the annual physical inventory for the store, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Implement safety, loss prevention, and hazardous materials handling practices, reporting any non-compliance.
- Education: Diploma or equivalent in a relevant subject (preferred).
- Experience: 2-3 years in operational management, customer relations, or retail/logistics; knowledge of safety and health regulations (required).
- Technical/Skill Requirements: Medium computer skills, familiarity with cash handling and company IT systems (required).
- Languages: Polish (advanced: written, spoken, read); English (intermediate: written, spoken, read).
- Travel Requirements: Rare, limited to the store or local needs.
