- Design, develop, and configure EPM solutions in CCH Tagetik, supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
- Support the project team in all phases, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
- Build and maintain data models, validation rules, calculation logics, and data entry forms.
- Integrate data into the platform from ERP and non-ERP source systems.
- Drive continuous improvements by identifying and implementing system enhancements.
- Actively contribute to team ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review, and retrospectives.
- Demonstrate strong ownership in understanding business needs and actively driving business initiatives accordingly.
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in implementing EMP/ERP systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, CCH Tagetik, SAP Analytics Cloud, Anaplan, or IBM Planning.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business, engineering, science, liberal arts, computer science, or other technology-related majors (or equivalent experience).
- Understanding of the financial close cycle and related business practices.
- Solid experience working with databases (e.g., SQL and/or NoSQL systems).
- Knowledge of data modeling and structuring datasets for reporting and analytics.
- Good understanding of data processing and data transformation workflows.
- Ability to apply structured problem-solving methodologies to analyze complex business and technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Flexible and adaptable.
- Proficiency in English.
- Preferred certification in CCH Tagetik's module (e.g., Planning or Consolidation).
- Relevant certifications in the EPM field are highly beneficial.
