  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, cost controlling, or plant controlling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Solid understanding of production processes and related cost structures.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L analysis, and production cost tracking.
  • Very good command of German (min. B1/B2) – daily communication via calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Power BI (or similar BI/ERP systems).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into business insights.
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Location: Wrocław
Office attendance: 1-2 days per month in the office
