- Act as the lead legal advisor for the company's Polish operations
- Oversee and manage legal matters across various domains including commercial law, compliance, regulatory affairs, IP, privacy, and competition
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements in alignment with corporate objectives
- Support local leadership with strategic legal counsel to mitigate risk and ensure operational alignment with applicable laws
- Ensure ongoing compliance with national regulations and internal governance standards
- Liaise with the wider European legal team on group-level initiatives and cross-border matters
- Monitor legal developments relevant to the company's business model and ensure proactive adaptation
- Qualified legal professional with a degree in Polish law
- Minimum of 5 years' legal experience, preferably with in-house exposure
- Solid knowledge of Polish competition, contract, and data protection laws
- Strong understanding of Polish labor law, including experience working with związki zawodowe (trade unions)
- Fluent in Polish and English (minimum B2/C1 level)
- Proactive, independent, and able to collaborate effectively with international teams
