To excel in this role, you'll bring the following expertise and experience:

Polyglot Programming: Production experience with multiple programming languages, their ecosystems, and major libraries; ability to switch seamlessly between paradigms and navigate diverse open-source technologies.
Architecture & Design: Proven experience applying design principles, architectural patterns, and system design concepts; ability to create and implement scalable, maintainable architectures.
AI Implementation: Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering techniques, and coding agents; working knowledge of RAGs, MCPs, and optimization strategies for latency and token costs across AI providers.
Code Excellence: Demonstrated ability to write reliable, secure, and performant code with comprehensive tests across multiple languages; expertise in conducting thorough code reviews that identify correctness issues, security vulnerabilities, and performance bottlenecks before production.
Full-Stack & Cloud Development: Strong proficiency across the entire stack i.e. frontend, backend, data processing, and infrastructure as code; extensive experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native architectures.
Exceptional Problem-Solving: Sharp analytical thinking with meticulous attention to detail; proven ability to decompose complex problems, identify hard-to-find bugs, and communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
Technical Leadership: Demonstrated experience as team lead, tech lead, or staff engineer; proven ability to structure, plan, and prioritize complex work; strong track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent.
Academic Foundation: Computer Science degree from a rigorous institution preferred (UW, UJ, PW, AGH, UWr, PWr, or equivalent international university).
Language Proficiency: Fluent English required for effective communication and technical documentation; Polish or German proficiency considered an asset.

Compensation: 35 000 - 40 000 PLN gross/month (B2B) or equivalent (UoP).
Remote-first: we operate primarily remotely (with occasional visit to our clients), but there are options for onsite work in Warsaw or Poznań
