Job Category: Technical Product DevelopmentJob Description:We are seeking a talented UX/UI Designer proficient in Figma to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in prototyping to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate user needs and business objectives into innovative design solutions. The UX/UI Designer will also contribute to the Figma Design Library used across the ReImagine platform and products ensuring consistency of the brand.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with UX leadership, product management, and technology to develop informed design decisions for better outcomes

Develop interactive prototypes from ideation and conception to final design solutions using Figma. Added points for ability to prototype in HTML/SCSS framework

Advocate for the user with user-centered, empathetic design strategies

Clearly communicate design decisions to peers and key stakeholders

Participate in Agile Scrum Process to quickly iterate through designs and gain approvals from key stakeholders

Participate in usability testing

Report on project status to UX leadership and internal stakeholders

Perform additional UX duties as required to support the insurance platform of products.

Qualifications:

3+ years of previous experience in UX design and development

Good oral and written communication skills in English - C1 level at least

A strong design sensibility for page layout, color theory, typography and aesthetics

Solid understanding of web best practices, information architecture, usability, heuristics and accessibility

Strong understanding of responsive design

Up to date with the latest web trends, techniques, and technologies

Proficient in design tools including Figma

Familiarity with HTML/CSS, and the capabilities of web browsers

Experience with facilitation/collaboration tools such as Jira, Miro, MS Teams

Experience in working with design systems

Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail

Understanding the importance of deadlines and maintaining a high level of self-management to ensure that deadlines are met

Practical experience working closely with other designers, project managers, and developers, and the ability to build strong relationships with coworkers based on mutual support and trust

Experience in insurance or fin-tech or pharma projects would be a strong asset

Willingness to work in a hybrid model in the office based in Krakow City Center.
