Location: Krakow, PolandResponsibilities:As a part of our team you will:
- Develop and maintain efficient database solutions to drive data access and usability for the O&T team.
- Support the O&T team by organizing and preparing key meeting deliverables, action plans, and reports.
- Assist in annual competency development planning to uplift team skills and foster professional growth.
- Contribute to data analytics efforts, transforming raw data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
- Streamline reporting by automating processes and proposing innovative efficiency enhancements.
- Drive digitalization of data to ensure updated and visually effective representation for stakeholders.
- Coordinate and assist in training planning and deployment for new products/releases within internal teams.
- Uphold quality assurance and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
- Active student status in Project Management, Business Intelligence or similar fields
- Availability to work around 25 hours per week in hybrid mode in Kraków, Poland
- Fluency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel, MS Power BI, MS Automate, MS Planner, and MS PowerPoint
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with creative problem-solving abilities
- Experience in data visualization and reporting
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
