As Working Student in the Operations & Transformation team, you will enable O&T team to best support the wider Space & Defense team, across business, sales and R&D organisations. You will participate in project and business community calls. This is a high-impact, learning-intensive role suited for students eager to work within a dynamic global team enabling the business unit to drive innovation in the field of communication solutions for Defense customers.Position: Operations & Transformation Working Student

Location: Krakow, PolandResponsibilities:As a part of our team you will:
  • Develop and maintain efficient database solutions to drive data access and usability for the O&T team.
  • Support the O&T team by organizing and preparing key meeting deliverables, action plans, and reports.
  • Assist in annual competency development planning to uplift team skills and foster professional growth.
  • Contribute to data analytics efforts, transforming raw data into actionable insights for strategic decisions.
  • Streamline reporting by automating processes and proposing innovative efficiency enhancements.
  • Drive digitalization of data to ensure updated and visually effective representation for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and assist in training planning and deployment for new products/releases within internal teams.
  • Uphold quality assurance and participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence.
Qualifications:You have:
  • Active student status in Project Management, Business Intelligence or similar fields
  • Availability to work around 25 hours per week in hybrid mode in Kraków, Poland
  • Fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel, MS Power BI, MS Automate, MS Planner, and MS PowerPoint
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills with creative problem-solving abilities
It would be nice if you also had:
  • Experience in data visualization and reporting
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
