reach, strengthen its image, and build meaningful connections with our audiences through authentic
and engaging influencer campaigns.YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC
- Lead and develop the Influence Team, ensuring clear goals, motivation, and strong performance.
- Design, implement and execute the influencer strategy across social media platforms to achieve both acquisition and branding objectives.
- Define, track, and deliver KPIs in line with business priorities and within the agreed budget.
- Conduct ongoing market monitoring and analysis, identifying new opportunities, trends, and potential partners.
- Coordinate the schedule of placements and ensure smooth execution of all influencer campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies and partners to maximize the impact of collaborations.
- Work closely with the Brand Manager, Social Media, Affiliation, Studio teams and align daily with the Central Team in France on both acquisition objectives and communication strategy to ensure consistency of brand positioning and business targets.
- Provide regular monitoring, analysis, and reporting of influencer activities to optimize performance and ensure continuous improvement.
- Proven team management and leadership skills, with experience in motivating and developing people.
- Deep expertise in influencer marketing and social media platforms, with strong understanding of acquisition and branding levers.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, particularly in working with external agencies and partners.
- Ability to report and present business results, including campaign performance analysis, ROI measurement, and budget control.
- Solid knowledge of the influencer market landscape, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.
- Proficiency in acquisition tools, affiliation platforms and AI-based solutions that support campaign optimization and performance tracking.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluency in Polish and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
