- Support and retain end customers acquired by the Kerr Team in the territory through Telesales activities.
- Carries out individual sales activities in broad autonomy on the basis of in-depth product and market knowledge.
- Has a strong sense of initiative as regards the way in which the tasks entrusted are carried out and organized
- Has the responsibility of achieving the volume and turnover targets for the teleselling business and for the area of responsibility.
- Monitors performance of individual customers and the conditions offered by the market, as part of the optimization of customer relations.
- Aligns with Country Leader and Trade Marketing Manager on a monthly basis on activities planned to achieve targets and, at the end of each month, reports the results via CRM
- Reports results of daily work in CRM by entering visits (both face to face and virtual), leads, opportunities and proformas.
- Proactively works towards business growth by identifying new customers in the assigned territory, activating existing accounts and maximizing sales to active customers.
- Provides online & offline product demonstrations and trainings to customers, leads and dealer’s sales force.
- Participates in regional and national events such as dental conferences or trade shows when the company considers their presence needed.
