- Participation in the recruitment process for line and operational positions, drafting job advertisements, screening incoming applications, conducting telephone interviews with candidates, presenting candidate recommendations,
- Participating in the preparation of documents for employees,
- Participating in the reporting of HR and CSR indicators for the Group,
- Participating in the preparation of payroll contributions,
- Archiving paper documents and participating in the digitisation of employee documentation,
- Currently studying Human Resources management or Economics and Finance.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- experience in HR (not mandatory)
- willingness to expand your knowledge knowledge of employee file management, labour law, payroll calculation, recruitment,
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, commitment and good time management,
- developed interpersonal skills,
- passion for numbers, analytical mind, very good knowledge of Excel,
- Polish - native, English B2/C1
