- Sourcing and searching for C-level talent in the local and regional market
- Preparing draft versions of search strategies for executive recruitment projects
- Conducting detailed market mapping and spotting vacancies and relevant talent in the market
- Creating compelling candidate briefing packs and preparing client-facing presentations and pitch materials
- Performing phone screenings and updating C-level candidates on roles and market opportunities
- Evaluating open CVs against team portfolio competencies, with input from senior team members
- Scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates and internal teams
- Supporting marketing activities by contributing to the branding of Page Executive, including presentations, advertising, and media content
- Previous experience in recruitment, either in-house or with an agency; executive search experience is a strong advantage
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail, particularly in research and data gathering
- Excellent communication skills in both Polish and English (B2/C1), with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders and C-level candidates
- Collaborative approach, with the ability to work effectively across functions, teams, and diverse sectors
- Commercially aware, with a genuine interest in executive search and leadership trends across industries
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships, particularly with high-level candidates and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
