We seek a Business Analyst who will communicate with clients to understand project requirements, evaluate current processes for improvements, and document specific requirements based on clients' needs.ResponsibilitiesGather functional and non-functional requirements, maintain and validate them throughout the project lifecycleManage the product backlog by formulating and prioritizing items to align with critical business objectivesConduct backlog refinement by enhancing and finalizing items with the team before sprint planningDefine sprint objectives and acceptance criteria to ensure product features meet stakeholder expectationsCreate and maintain epics, user stories, use cases, and edge cases for clear development guidanceReview and approve development team outputs, inspecting iterations from design to production releaseServe as the central communicator, ensuring stakeholders receive clear, concise updates and approvals for key decisionsParticipate in OKR planning to ensure alignment with overall business goalsCollaborate with technical teams to execute API integrations and support product architecture designFacilitate operational change requests and incorporate them into the backlog for future iterationsRequirementsMandatory to work 5 days from the office per weekAt least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or similar role (e.g., System Analyst, Quality Assurance Analyst)Knowledge of the requirements lifecycle, product backlog management, and product development architectureUnderstanding of API integrationsKnowledge of Scrum and Agile development methodologiesProficiency in user experience principles coupled with strong analytical and organizational skillsCapability to identify problems, analyze issues critically, and offer effective solutionsFamiliarity with tools and techniques for creating and maintaining epics, stories, and related documentationStrong leadership skills, knowledge of effective leadership techniquesStrong verbal and written communication skills in English, at least at a B2 levelNice to haveProfessional certification such as PSPO Level 1Skills in coding and designWe offer/BenefitsWe gather like-minded people:
