- Enhancing client retention through automation of the customer journey and ongoing enhancement of the customer experience.
- Use of the renewal procedure to guarantee timely closure of renewals.
- Open lines of communication with clients to discuss terms and conditions and draft contracts for renewals.
- Assuring accurate forecasting of renewals to optimize accuracy and deliver attainable monthly and quarterly targets.
- Increasing revenue by analyzing the customer base and informing the Customer Experience team about up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Enhancing the renewal process by collaborating with internal partners in the Customer Experience and Revenue Operations teams.
- -Recognize and use bargaining strategies that benefit both the business and the client.
- +3 years of expertise in account management
- Highly developed negotiation skills
- The capacity to examine existing protocols and make adjustments as needed is crucial.
- Knowledge of opportunity data management tools and Salesforce.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
- Strong liaison and team player.
- Strong customer empathy and a drive for excellent customer service
- Experience in the renewal process will be a huge asset.
