• You have experience working with technology teams – as a leader, coordinator, or manager – and want to continue developing in this direction,
• Familiarity with tools commonly used in the IT area is something you can demonstrate,
• Agile methodology is something you’re comfortable working with,
• A proactive mindset, initiative, and independence are among your strengths,
• Openness to change and the ability to inspire others in a dynamic environment come naturally to you,
• Collaboration, effective communication, and relationship-building are skills you value and apply,
• Personal and team development are important to you, and you know how to use feedback constructively,
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level is something you can confidently confirm
