- Working with the internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sourcing initiatives for the respective category
- Driving RBU savings initiatives in close cooperation with stakeholders
- Leading internal process changes or improvements being part of the action plan or necessary for the optimization of the segment (e.g. demand management, bid management)
- Development of synergies bundling the volumes of different countries being a part of the respective RBU
- Analyzing the internal and external fact base and understanding the needs of internal customers, develop the category strategy and build an action plan for the category
- Negotiating and reviewing contracts (analyze the offers, review and challenge the performance) to bring P&L savings
- Executing the RFx process, Negotiation and Contracting steps
- Contributing to rationalize supplier base
- Managing its own categories/b-codes
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the INDIRECTS category is required
- French language proficiency at minimum B2 level
- It would be best if you have experience in the field of: DC, FM, energy
- International mindset
- Previous experience of managing stakeholders
- Results oriented with proven negotiation skills driving significant savings and strong supplier partnerships
- Commercial awareness & financial modeling capability
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure credibility and effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders from numerous of geographies
- Clear focus on delivery to client and demonstrable understanding of requirement to flex business models to meet customer demand
- Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems quickly to drive performance improvement
- Proven experience in cross-country negotiation and savings delivery in category specialty
- Ability to manage and mitigate risk through effective strategic planning activity
- Able to plan and manage own workload effectively
- Demonstrates leadership skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
