Provide automakers with cutting-edge equipment and solutions to develop tomorrow's clean and connected car.We are looking for a strategic and quality-focused Purchasing Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a robust supplier base, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and driving continuous improvement. Apply and enforce global supplier quality procedures internally and externally.
Qualify and validate supplier processes and components in line with APQP and PPAP.
Conduct audits (e.g., VDA 6.3, Run@Rate) and support supplier selection with Purchasing.
Manage supplier-related quality issues up to 6 months post-SOP, driving problem-solving and performance improvement.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and supplier development programs.
Identify and escalate risks through audits and on-site evaluations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Legal, Finance, and Development teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
3+ years in automotive Supplier Quality Management.
Strong audit experience and knowledge of IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and core tools (8D, PPAP, APQP, FMEA).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Fluent in English;
Willingness to travel regionally and globally.
