- Perform operational billing activities for Amadeus products and services both independently and as part of a team.
- Conduct thorough analysis of customer financial queries.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues on the support and execution of billing processes.
- Be a collaborative partner for our internal departments, management, and customers, providing support and assistance for all billing-related topics.
- Work on local and international projects.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Previous work experience in a similar position.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Proficiency with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) Module.
- Knowledge of accounting concepts is beneficial.
- Proficiency in oral, written, and presentation skills in English (C1), and German (B2)
- Adaptable to changing work priorities to meet required deadlines.
- Motivated and proactive.
