- Collecting and verifying primary documentation for payments
- Preparing and entering payment requests into 1C according to internal procedures
- Monitoring and ensuring timely payments, updating accounting systems and payment calendars
- Collaborating closely with Marketing, Accounting, and Finance teams
- Participating in quarterly partner balance reconciliations
- Supporting day-to-day financial operations of the Marketing department
- Preparing reports to analyze cost efficiency across departments
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
- 1+ year of experience in finance or accounting
- Hands-on experience with 1C
- Strong skills in Google Sheets, Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis), and Word
- Solid understanding of financial and accounting basics
- English — Intermediate+
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate
- Comfortable working with large data sets
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for deadlines
- Analytical and critical thinker with a structured approach
