- Monitor team competences and develops its autonomy (training plan building, follow-up & training actions implementation);
- Ensure working standards are respected on its APU during the operations (safety, work instructions, quality, respect of the product);
- Lead daily, weekly & monthly meetings and organize delegation.
Manage production:
- Be responsible for customer satisfaction;
- Balance HC vs customer needs;
- Ensure optimal use of equipment (TRP);
- Assign & check corrective actions on recurring problems with Production Unit and Plant support departments;
- Validate monthly the demonstrated capacity of APU.
- Lead daily Production Unit QRQC (Safety, Quality, Direct Labor efficiency, Maintenance);
- Lead workstation ergonomics risk analysis and elimination;
- Be responsible for Customer Line Return;
- Manage the budget of Production Unit.
- Min. 4 years of experience in a position related to Production Management in a company from the automotive industry;
- Team management experience;
- High level of communication and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of production and quality management in a company from the automotive industry;
- Initiative in action, entrepreneurship, organizational skills, strategic and analytical thinking skills;
- Very good knowledge of English (knowledge of German will be an advantage);
- Ability to motivate the team .
